Assistance when you move in

  • Dit Pulterkammer® has branches in Aarhus Nord, Aarhus Syd, Aarhus Vest, Randers and in Kolding.

  • You can use our space calculator to get a quick overview of how much space you need. We would also be pleased to give you face-to-face guidance during the opening hours of the branch, or on the phone, +45 87 37 02 03.

  • Yes, you need to provide a 40 mm padlock for your storage unit. You can buy the padlock at Dit Pulterkammer.

  • At the entrances, a sack truck, transport trolleys and a pallet truck are available.

  • From 06:00 on the date you have booked it. You can access your storage unie 7 days a week between 06:00 and 23:00. Please be aware that you must leave the facility before 23:00.

  • You enter your personal code at the entrance to the facility. You find the stand with the keypad a few metres away from the gate, on your left-hand side. Use the same code at the entrance to the hall.

  • We don’t have our own movers, but we warmly recommend these moving companies:

  • You can call us 7 days a week on +45 87 37 02 03 between 06:00 and 23:00.

When you have moved in

  • All our storage units are heated, and the temperature and the air humidity are checked every day. Our units are always temperate and dry, and we make sure that the temperature is always at least 13 to 15 degrees Celsius.

  • At Dit Pulterkammer®, you can store almost anything! But it is illegal to store explosive and inflammable goods and liquids, food and perishable goods, animals and environmentally dangerous goods. Machines that are stored must be drained of oil, petrol and similar liquids before being stored. Batteries must be removed from electric devices.

  • You can pay either at the facility during opening hours, or in Self Service on this website, where you can also register your payment card for automatic payment.

  • We only have two weeks’ notice, and you can end your rental any time. This does not fit in with the conditions for Betalingsservice, as you would then need to give notice before the 15th or before the 30th of a month. Instead, you can register your payment card for automatic payment under Self Service on this website.

  • Yes, we’ll fix that right away. Just call us on +45 87 37 02 03 or log in to Self Service, where you can change units by yourself.

  • Yes, certainly. When booking online, you pay from the date of moving in and until the end of the month plus the following month.

  • At least two weeks from the day you give notice.

  • Our minimum rental is one month.

  • Just contact us at our counter during our opening hours, bringing identification for yourself. We will then cut open the lock for you so that you can access your things.

  • Yes. At Dit Pulterkammer you can rent an outdoor parking place in all our branches. In Kolding, even indoor parking in a hall is available.

  • Of course, business customers can also rent a unit with us. If you have special needs, please contact us on the phone, +45 87 37 02 03 and we will try to find the optimal business solution for you.

  • At Dit Pulterkammer®, you are not covered by any insurance. However, many home insurances cover the belongings that you store with Dit Pulterkammer. ALWAYS contact your insurance company to find out if this also applies to your home insurance. If you are not covered by your insurance company, Dit Pulterkammer recommends you to contact Dansø Assurance v/ John Visborg. They can guide you regarding insurance.
