Loyalty discount – how does it work?
When starting your tenancy, you get a few alternatives: Do you want to stay for minimum 3, 6 or 9 months? When you have chosen the length of your tenancy period, you will get a 5, 10 or 15 percent discount depending on whether you stay 3, 6 or 9 months. Your loyalty discount will continue – even after the expiry of the tenancy period you have chosen, until you terminate your tenancy agreement. This means that the agreement is in force during the entire tenancy period and that it will only be changed if there is an annual adjustment of prices. No surprises, and nothing in small print.
This offer does not apply to units that have already been discounted.
